Shayne Miller
Centre Manager
As a lifelong learner, Shayne is passionate about education, and providing support and encouragement to students as they complete their studies.
She has completed a number of qualifications online, including a Bachelor of Commerce at UNE and a Master of Business Psychology at UON. Shayne knows first hand how isolating and challenging it can be studying online. She provides our local students with a range of support strategies and learning skills to help them stay motivated and succeed.
Cara Stoltenberg
Student Services Coordinator
Cara brings extensive experience in both the education and small business sectors, With a strong background in operating her own business, mentoring and training staff, she cultivates a student-centred approach with our students at Narrabri. As a current student herself, Cara is able to empathise with the challenges students face. Her current studies in Psychology are developing her expertise to support student needs and foster an inclusive academic environment within CUC North West Narrabri.
Sophie Grasnick
Administration Officer
Sophie brings experience in customer service, administration and event management, supporting the delivery of high quality services to all our students. Sophie also supports the delivery of our First Year Program in Moree with our registered students. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Education (K-6) at UNE.
Olivia Verrier
Administration Support Officer
Olivia supports our new and current students in Narrabri. She provides a high level of customer service to students who are experiencing administration or centre-related issues. As a student herself, she understands the challenges faced. Olivia is currently completing a Bachelor of Criminology at UNE and is gaining experience at CUC North West to support her now and into the future.
