Shayne Miller
Manager
As a lifelong learner, Shayne is passionate about education, and providing support and encouragement to students as they complete their studies. She has completed a number of qualifications online, including a Bachelor of Commerce at UNE and a Master of Business Psychology at UON. Shayne knows first hand how isolating and challenging it can be studying online. She provides our local students with a range of support strategies and learning skills to help them stay motivated and succeed.
Rochelle Tones
Engagement Coordinator
Born and raised in Narrabri, Rochelle is passionate about supporting and strengthening regional communities through education and connection. Having studied externally throughout her entire education, Roch understands both the challenges and opportunities that come with online study. She has completed a Double Diploma in Leadership and Management, an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology at Curtin University, and recently completed a Master of Business Administration through the Australian Institute of Business. Roch is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology online through Macquarie University. As a busy mother of two young children, Roch values the importance of community and connection. She is passionate about helping students feel connected, supported, and empowered throughout their study journey.
Alexandra Mason
Administration Officer
Alex is our administration guru! With an eye for detail and great organisation skills, she supports our students and makes it easy for them to register with us and enjoy the time they spend here. Building connections and making sure everyone feels welcome is the best part of her role. Originally from the UK, Alex now calls Narrabri home. She is the proud mother of two young boys, who keep her on her toes outside of work!

Letitia Cross
Chair
Letitia Cross is passionate about driving positive change in rural Australia. A lifelong learner, businesswoman, educator, therapist, speaker, and mental health advocate, she is committed to building resilient communities through education, business and proactive mental health. With a strong agricultural and business background, Letitia focuses on strategic business placement and workforce engagement to fuel business growth and regional development. She holds a Master and Postgraduate Diplomas in Counselling and Psychotherapy (ACAP), a Certificate in Web Design (Uni of Sydney), and a Bachelor of Commerce - Agribusiness and Marketing Management (UNE). As much of her study was completed externally, she has a deep appreciation for the importance and power of accessible, flexible education in regional Australia. As Chair of CUC North West, Letitia combines her expertise, vision, and lived experience to create opportunities that help students, businesses, and the North West thrive.
